You must have the legal right to use the name and by registering you are agreeing to us that you have this right.
For service continuity, all domain names are set to auto renew unless requested. Where autorenewal has been disabled, an email will be sent to admin contact email address 30 days/7 days and on the renewal date. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure all contact details are kept up to date so that reminder emails are received. Kalnet4u Ltd cannot take responsibility if a domain name fails to renew due to incorrect contact details.
Once your .UK domain name has expired, it will enter a 30 day grace period before it is suspended. After 90 days the domain name will be cancelled and will become available for others to register. Modifications to domain names registered with ThisComputing do not incur a cost.
We will respond to all customer queries within 72 hours during week days, excluding weekends.
Should you no longer wish us to handle your domain names, please let us know via email and we will transfer them to a new registrar.

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding your domain name, please email cptreviewer@gmail.com. Please include as much detail as possible, we will respond within 1 working day and aim to resolve any issues within 3 working days. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, please email your ticket reference to cptreviewer@gmail.com. We aim to deal with escalations within 2 working days.
If you would like to raise a concern about a domain name where we are the registrar (spam, phishing etc..), please email cptreviewer@gmail.com with as much detail as possible. We will respond within 1 working day.
Transferring a domain registered through ThisComputing to another registrar is free of charge and can be made at any time by emailing cptreviewer@gmail.com with a cover letter and confirmation of the new IPS tag.

We provide an SLA to our customers; in the event that you do not have an existing Service Level Agreement (which would take preference), our .uk Domain Services SLA is shown below. Customers have told us that, for Business Continuity purposes, they prefer domains to always renew unless they tell us otherwise. Therefore, we handle renewal automatically as part of your hosting; we will typically send out invoices after renewal, to the emails to the email address on the account, it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. We take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date, you will have up to 30 days (protected period) to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee. Renewal fee(s) are stated in your contract. After 30 days your domain will be suspended which means all services will stop and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name. If the domain name is not renewed, it will be cancelled and deleted from the register after 90 days and made available for resale through a third party registrar.
